I’M YOU DISGUISED AS ME
To be done as a meditative piece for the congregation. I connect this song to the story of the possessed man forced to live outside the city who Jesus healed. We often look down on others who lack the societal standing to warrant our attention and put others on pedestals who are just as human as we are. “Despite our perceived differences we are all much the same” for at the core of us we have all been “made” in the same Image.
